What to include

Venezia sends us nothing — no crash reports, no logs, no analytics. That means we know only what you tell us, so the more of this you can include, the faster we can help:

• Your device and OS version (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 18.2).
• The app version, shown at the bottom of Settings.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.

Your data

Everything Venezia stores lives on your device. We cannot see it, recover it, or reset it for you — so if you are about to delete the app or switch phones, make sure your device backup is on first. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
