1. The short version
Venezia is an offline app operated by SOSA PROJECTS, LLC. It does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data about you.
- No account, sign-up, or login.
- No analytics, tracking, or advertising.
- No third-party SDKs collecting your data.
- No data is sent to us or to anyone else.
- We could not identify you if we wanted to.
2. Data you create
Anything you enter into Venezia — dates, names, reminders — is stored locally on your device, inside the app's own storage. It never leaves your device through the app. We have no server, no database, and no way to read it.
Deleting the app removes that data from your device. Because we hold no copy, deleted data cannot be recovered by us.
3. Device backups
If you have device backup enabled (such as iCloud Backup or Google Backup), your operating system may include Venezia's data in those backups. Those backups are handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies, not by us.
4. Notifications
Venezia's reminders are scheduled locally by your device. They are not push notifications, so no server — ours or anyone else's — is told what you scheduled or when. You can revoke notification permission at any time in your system settings.
5. App stores
When you download or update Venezia, the App Store or Google Play may collect information such as download counts and crash reports. That happens between you and the store under their policies. Any such information we can see is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
6. Children
Venezia does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.
7. Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to retrieve or erase. Your data lives on your device and is under your control.
8. Changes to this policy
If Venezia ever changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and change the date above. If a future version of the app collects data, that will be disclosed here before it does.
